Gannerhof - Apricot jam
The Vinschgau apricot thrives at 700 - 1.200 m above sea level.
Due to the often high temperature fluctuations, the apricot ripens rather slowly, but it is precisely because of this that it achieves its natural sweetness, which we value so highly. The cold nights give it the necessary acidity and its strong skin. Thus it survives also the one or other summer hail.
We refine the fruit with love and a feeling for temperature, which is as valuable in preserving fruit as the aroma of the apricot blossom in the meadow. With 50% fruit content ideal for the start of the day and in the evening with cheese.
